Slack is where all the programme communication takes place. You can use Slack for communicating with your team, other cohort members and the AME team.

You will be able to join our Accelerate Me 2020 Workspace very soon. When it is ready we will share a link here on the wiki and you will also be sent an email directly to make a profile.

Guidelines for use

• Download the slack app on your mobile and laptop
• Turn on notifications as you will be expected to respond any message addressed to you on Slack within 24 hours

• If you are responding to a specific question, thread it.
• You can create and manage new Slack channels but check first if a related channel already exists. If it does, then simply join that instead!
• Please ask a member of the AME team to add you if you are missing from any important channels.

Failure to communicate while participating in Accelerate ME

Prompt communication is incredibly important on an accelerator, to make sure that everybody can get the most out of opportunities that arise on the programme and that the programme runs smoothly.

The expectation is that you will be able to respond to an inquiry from the Accelerate ME team within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in your company forfeiting the ability to attend sessions workshops and other programme activities - we have had to do this in the past.
