Over the past six years, Accelerate ME has regularly brought cohorts of the top student startups from around Manchester. We hold our annual demo day to showcase your amazing businesses and help you meet top investors, partners and mentors.
This will be our largest Demo Day yet, and we will be bringing the entire eco-system from across the North-West and London to hear your pitches.
Demo Day can be considered an arbitrary date. There is no particular reason why it should be in March or September, but it is not an arbitrary moment in time. It is an opportunity to be leveraged: for (1) fundraising purposes: creating a market, understanding the competition, and assessing interest from investors, for (2) marketing: you can use your pitch video to show your vision, and attract potential new hires, investors and customers, and for (3) creating credibility: showing off how much progress you have made in six short months is very powerful.
