During the first session of the accelerator (Friday 31st January), you will be asked to sign our accelerator’s participation agreement. This is a simple document that will outline the rules and expectations of you as a participating startup and any repercussions/disciplinary outcomes of having a counterproductive, abusive, criminal, etc. behaviour during the programme.
Below is a template of what the code of conduct will look like, please read through it and come to the first session ready to sign the document.

If you see something that makes you or a member of your team uncomfortable, you should tell a member of the Accelerate ME Team asap, preferably your PoC. This helps strengthen our community and ensure it’s the kind of place everyone feels fairly treated, we will respectfully handle any situations.
It’s useful and important for us to know when incidents happen, however minor it may be. By sharing this with us it allows us to take action to improve our culture.
We will handle each situation on a case by case basis.
