The AME team will be waiting for you in the lobby of the building to sign you in. On Friday please arrive at the venue by 17:00, we are planning to start the session at 17:30. On Saturday please arrive at the venue at 9:30, we are planning to start our first workshop at 10:00. If you will be late please let you Point of Contact know asap. There will be light snacks and networking followed by initial presentations on both days.
Session Ends
The weekend ends at 17:30 on Saturday. The AME team will remain in the venue until it is clear and then move to a bar for drinks which you are welcome to join for.
Throughout both days, your team will be asked to participate in workshops and activities to get you speaking with other founders, learning more about each other and asking questions about your businesses. Please bring your laptop and charger to both days, we will provide you with any required materials for other tasks during the day. To ensure the smooth running of the day, please be prompt to the event space and workshops, listen carefully during explanations and work collaboratively as much as possible.
The focus for this weekend session is Kick Off, Friday will consist icebreakers and cohort activities and Saturday will include workshops on early-stage business principles as can be seen in the agenda.
